This special health & wellness webinar —will dive into the topic of:
“Survivorship in the Workplace”
One in three Americans will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Therefore, it is likely that an employee (or someone in his or her family) will be diagnosed with cancer. Dealing with cancer in the workplace can present challenges for the person who is ill, as well as their colleagues and supervisors at work. The American Cancer Society invites you to join us on Thursday, August 22 for a presentation centered around navigating a cancer diagnosis in the workplace. Employers will gain insight on specific challenges cancer patients and survivors face in the workplace, the rising cost to an employer associated with a cancer diagnosis, and learn about the tools and resources the American Cancer Society has developed to address these challenges.
